Steps

1. Set CHANNEL_SEL, RW_CTRL

2. Write READ_ADDR, or WRITE_ADDR with WRITE_DATA

3. If write, set WRITE_START

4. Wait until CTRL_READY != 0 (about 1.1ms)

5. If read, read READ_DATA
